Belle Fleur Farm
Belle Fleur Farm is a local Tennessee farm dedicated to growing organic produce using regenerative practices. Kelsey and Matthieu, co-owners and operators of the farm, have a passion for seasonal produce, as well as taking care of their community. We believe in the importance of their work, but don’t just take our word for it. Here is what these two farmers have to say about their practices:
“What started as a way to provide some sense of security in uncertain times morphed into our singular quest as we realized the deep need for quality produce in southern middle Tennessee. In a world of nutritionally hollow, corporatized, and unfortunately debased American food culture, we hope to provide a spark for something different.
We believe in the power of slow food, soil microbes, and love for our fellow humans and this glorious planet we are lucky to call home…We are committed to a better future and better food for everyone, and believe that our part starts with growing the highest quality food we can in the most honest way possible.”
-Kelsey and Matthieu, owners of Belle Fleur Farm
In the fall of 2024, The Bridge at Crossing Creeks granted Kelsey and Matthieu monies to fund the purchases of a new flail mower and table top soil blocker. These tools will help to expedite their upcoming 2025 growing season. The flail mower will give them the ability to plant and rotate cover crops to improve soil health regeneratively.
